Baked Lipton Onion Chicken
Sometimes, a home cooked meal doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the kitchen. While I love taking my time on recipes that remind me of my Southern roots, I’ve learned that a little shortcut can go a long way.
One of my favorite time-saving tricks—taught to me by my mom—is using Lipton onion soup mix. This pantry staple isn’t just for soups or dips; it’s a game-changer when it comes to seasoning dishes like this Baked Lipton Onion Chicken.
This recipe is simple, flavorful, and perfect for busy weeknights when you want something hearty without the hassle.
Pair it with brown rice and a veggie for a quick dinner, or use it to meal prep chicken for the week ahead. It’s a shortcut worth taking, and I promise, your family (or your future self!) will thank you..
