Smoked Sausage with Honey Mustard Glaze

Looking for an easy meat dish that is super fast and doesn’t require much time? Try this Smoked Sausage recipe with my homemade honey mustard glaze. It balances the savory smoked flavor with a light, sweet glaze for the perfect taste. Pair with rice, a vegetable of your choice, and warm corn bread and enjoy!

Bake Time: 10 minutes
Rest Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes


Servings:
 8 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 14oz. packages of smoked sausage (Johnsonville)

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup Dukes Mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

You will also need:

  • Medium mixing bowl

  • Baking sheet

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Mix honey, mustard, mayonnaise and garlic powder until combined then set aside.  

  3. Cut sausage lengthwise and arrange on a baking sheet.   

  4. Baste sausages with honey mustard and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.

  5. Baste sausages again when removed from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

  6. Enjoy!
