Granddaddy Champ's Quick Chili

As I write this, today is the first day of Fall. Although it is still fairly warm here in South Carolina, there was a slight coolness in the air and so I just had to make chili!

This Quick Chili recipe from Granddaddy Champ is perfect for a crowd or a busy weekday night. My favorite way to serve this dish for a crowd is with a self-serve topping bar full of delicious toppings like shredded cheddar, tortilla chips, sour cream, onions, oyster crackers and corn!

Whether you are feeding a crowd or your family on a Tuesday night, this quick chili will be a hit!
