Grilled Butter Burgers
Burgers. When I think of a stereotypical American meal I think of burgers and fries. From McDonalds to Wendy’s and every diner in between, our options for burgers are limitless. My all-time favorite burger is my brother Bunny’s Grilled Butter Burger.
Growing up my mom made Butter Burgers in a cast iron pan and it was always one of my favorite meals. My brother uses her recipe but instead of cast iron, he grills the burgers over charcoal. There is just something about a grilled burger that hits the spot!
Grilling weather is officially here in South Carolina and my family will be enjoying Butter Burgers soon. I hope yours will, too.
