Crispy Breakfast Hash Browns
Two words: Waffle House! If you are from the South, then you have spent time at a Waffle House. It isn’t clean and it isn’t fancy, but it is always delicious. Waffle House was opened in 1955 in Avondale Estates, GA and has been growing strong for over 75 years. This Hash Browns recipe is simple, quick, and gives me Waffle House vibes every single time.

Serves: 8
Ingredients:
1 22oz bag of Shredded Hash Browns (frozen)
2 cups shredded cheddar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine hash browns, cheese, olive oil, melted butter and seasoning.
Evenly spread the hash brown mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F or until golden brown.
Use a large square or round cookie cutter to cut out each portion of hash browns.
Serve warm.
