Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls

We LOVE pimento cheese. From sandwiches to grits and now sausage balls, pimento cheese is a spread that is versatile.

My favorite prepared pimento cheese, Palmetto Cheese, is made right here in South Carolina. Palmetto Cheese originated in the Low Country of South Carolina at the historic Sea View Inn and can now be found in nearly 10,000 retailers nationwide.

I have long been a fan of sausage balls, but the addition of pimento cheese takes them to a new level. Enjoy!
