Cream Cheese and Pepper Jelly

I don’t know about your family but my family likes to have a little something out on the counter to snack on while we are cooking together. Some folks call it an appetizer and some call it an hors d'oeuvre but we just call it a little snack.

In the summertime it is usually something like boiled peanuts or pickled okra, but during the fall we love cream cheese and pepper jelly on crackers.

This is a southern classic that will keep folks coming back for bite after bite.
