Peach Tarts

With peach season ramping up in May in South Carolina, we can’t get enough fresh peaches. From special peach barbecue sauces to peach cobbler, the options are limitless!
Whether you’re hosting a gathering or simply treating yourself to a slice of heaven, this simple Peach Tart recipe is sure to impress.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients:
3 tbsp powdered sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
3 peaches thinly sliced
1 package puff pastry thawed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 415 degrees F.
Add thinly sliced peaches and brown sugar to a mixing bowl.
Gently mix until peaches are coated in brown sugar.
Thaw puff pastry and unfold then cut into 6 equal rectangles.
Place puff pastry rectangles on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Spoon brown sugared peaches into the center of each piece of puff pastry.
Bake at 415 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm.
