Cheesecake Brownies

Total Time: 32 minutes

Ingredients:

1 Box Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Brownie mix
8 oz. cream cheese softened
½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
1 large egg
½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Spray a 9x13” pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3. In a large mixing bowl prepare box brownie mix according to instructions.

4. Pour brownie mix into the pan.

5. Add all other ingredients to a separate mixing bowl. Mix with a hand mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes or until combined. 

6. Spoon dollops of cream cheese mixture on top of brownie mix.

7. Use a toothpick or butter knife to make swirls in the mixture.

8. Bake at 350 degrees for 27-29 minutes or until the center is done. You can check the center with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean it is done.
