Southern Cheese Ball and Crackers

Set Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 2.8 oz. jar of Hormel Real Bacon Pieces
½ cup chopped green onion

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl mix ranch packet, sour cream, cream cheese, 6 oz. of shredded cheddar, 3/4 of the bacon pieces and ¾ of the green onions until combined. 

  2. Pour remaining shredded cheddar, bacon pieces and green onions on a plate and mix.

  3. Form a ball with cheese ball mixture and roll the ball in bacon, onion, cheese mixture.

  4. Once the cheese ball is covered, wrap with plastic wrap and freeze for twenty minutes.

  5. Remove from the freezer.

  6. Serve on a plate surrounded by club crackers.
