Perfect Baked Potatoes
Baked potatoes have long been a favorite of mine. They remind me of going to Ryan’s Steakhouse with my Uncle Thomas & Aunt Judy. Baked potatoes are a blank canvas and the perfect opportunity to please a crowd since they are affordable and everyone can prepare their potato just the way they like it.
My favorite way to serve baked potatoes is by setting up a toppings bar and letting my family serve themselves. This recipe serves as a great side dish to the perfect steak or even on its own as a weeknight main course.
