Country Fried Steak
When I think of the ultimate comfort food, Country Fried Steak always comes to mind. Whether you make it at home or order it at your favorite restaurant, there is just something homey about this dish.
It’s rich and savory and always brings back memories of my childhood. While frying at home can be intimidating, this recipe is easy to follow and a good place to start if you are new to frying.
