Black Eyed Peas

You will also need:

  • Sauce pan

Instructions:

  1. Add bacon to saucepan and cook for 8-12 minutes on MEDIUM heat until crispy.

  2. Remove bacon and set aside.

  3. Place frozen peas in a saucepan with bacon drippings and cover with water.

  4. Add Goya Chicken Boullion, Salt, and Pepper and bring to a boil.

  5. Cover and simmer on medium high for 40 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat, crumble bacon into beans.

  7. Serve as a side dish or main course with a side of corn bread.
