Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
New Year’s is always the time when we make new promises, new resolutions, and set new goals for ourselves. It’s not always easy between work and the busyness of life so I’m adding a few recipes that make getting a great tasting (and healthy!) snack into your day fast and easy!
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened milk of your choice
1 scoop Bloom Greens & Superfoods
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
