Broccoli. You either love it or you hate it. This is a great recipe to serve at barbeques or picnics as well as a delicious way for those non broccoli lovers in our families to give it another shot!

If I had to describe this dish, I’d use the words fast, easy and delicious.

Dressing:
1 cup Duke's mayonnaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
¼ cup sugar

Instructions:

  1. Combine all salad ingredients (except dressing) in a large mixing bowl and toss together.

  2. Make the dressing: Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar together until fully blended into a dressing.
