Aunt Freedom’s Fried Cabbage

Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage
2 Vidalia sweet onions
4 tbsp bacon grease (may be switched out for olive oil)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Instructions:
Wash and core cabbage then chop into one-inch pieces.
Peel and chop onion into one inch pieces.
Heat bacon grease in a saute pan or skillet on medium high heat.
Sauté onions and cabbage with salt, pepper and Greek seasoning in bacon grease on medium high heat, stirring every 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. (Approx. 12 min).
Remove from heat and enjoy!
