Fresh Peach

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Bake Time: 35 minutes
Rest Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: ~1 hour

Servings: 16

Ingredients:

  • 2 large peaches

  • 2 cans of Pillsbury Cresent Rolls 

  • 1 stick butter, melted

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup Sprite or 7-Up

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9x11” casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Peel and cut each peach into 8 slices. You will have 16 slices total.  

  3. Open and separate Crescent dough. You will have 16 triangles of Crescent dough.

  4. Wrap each peach slice in one triangle of Crescent Dough and place into the casserole dish.

  5. In a small bowl, mix sugar, butter and cinnamon.

  6. Spoon sugar mixture onto each Crescent wrapped peach.

  7. Pour Sprite into the edge of the Casserole dish around each dumpling, but not on top of the each dumpling. 

  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.

  9. Let sit for 10 minutes and serve independently or with vanilla ice cream.
